Kalixa Prepaid Credit Card Permanently Waive FX Fees: "From 20th January, 2011, the Kalixa Prepaid Card team will be permanently waiving foreign exchange fees from the 20th of January. That means NO FX fees, NO commission and NO transaction charges when you make purchases abroad using your Kalixa Card."
